Commenting on the takeout service: Christmas eve 2016, 20 minutes before closing, I called in an order for meals for my family and they accepted my order. I rushed over and picked it up at 15 minutes to closing. They were very nice about it and I was super appreciative. Great business transaction. Thank you so much!!!!

Had dinner here last night. I ordered the Beef Kaiser which came with LOTS of fries...far too many... a big waste, in my opinion. However my main concern is the cubed beef on the Kaiser...whatever happened to the nice slices of beef that use to be on the Kaiser? I much prefer the overall appeal and taste experience of sliced beef...cubes of beef look cheap and make me think of leftovers. I was quite disappointed.

This is the worst service possible to humans. Waited 2 hours last time 1.45 hours the time before. Credits on account even when you tell them of past issues they just don't care. Keep your money in your pocket cause you'll end up cooking at home out of starvation!! One star is 899 too many

Slow staff. Barely spoke English. Got order wrong. Asked to sit away from crowd and was put at a nice quiet table, then the same girl who sat us put a huge party with lots of kids right beside us five minutes later. Won't return

The chicken parmasean’s batter was burnt and overcooked. The buns were burnt too. And the fries were soggy...hell of a $30 dinner! The tried and true half-chicken dinner is probably your best bet -- that's always consistent and really good.
