My parents went here when it first opened and now I go there too. Especially for their calamari. They have a good selection of foods and its fresh family dining. Would definitely recommend.

I had been ordering from here regularly but tonight’s episode is gonna have me looking for a new place for pizza and lasagna. I ordered one small pizza one medium pizza and one lasagna, was told they had to remake a pizza cause there was a mistake. Get my pizza and they are both the same size, they made an error and made both mediums, no biggie their not charging me for it. So I open the boxes and notice the pepperoni and ham pizza has the ham baked on top of the cheese like they forgot to put the ham on and then quickly tossed it on top and baked it like that. I am like what the heck is this, no way am I eating that. They take it off the bill but charge me full on the two things I do take home. So I get the food home and the lasagna is really cold in spots like it was frozen when cooked. The Hawaiian pizza I did get tasted different than the usual, not sure what was up with it. One thing for sure is they have lost my business, sad cause I thought it was really good until now.

This restaurant is one of the few places where you can feel like your in a warm, home type environment. It definitely is not an industry type of restaurant where everything feels like 2019. It has that perfect atmosphere where you can go in with your family and enjoy your time. There are a few meals that could use an upgrade but for the most part your going to get something decent for the amount you pay. And it's also nice to know that if you want to go have a drink on a spur of the moment idea you can here, as they offer a bar separated from the family restaurant, which I like, and you can go enjoy just doing that.

Great food. Great service. Ask for the waitress crystal. She is the best! Been coming to flamingo since i was a baby! Hands down best pizza/baked spaghetti & lasanga !

Ordered takeout here for the first time and it was amazing, had the Hawaiian pizza and Lasagna with meat sauce both were very good. The pizza had the right amount of toppings which is rare these days, the cheese mix they make is perfect. The lasagna was easily the best in Edmonton, and I have tried them all. I love my lasagna and when done right there is no Italian dish that can match it. Highly recommend this place.
