It was a fairly bland experience. The food was okay but I think the blizard was souring. If you're looking for ice cream, I'm sure this is a fine place to stop. I just didn't think it was up to the regular standards I've seen at other Dairy Queens.

I needed a cake with the logo of the Vegas Golden Knight in a hurry as our other cake plans failed. I was told to bring in a picture and it would take 1.5 hours to complete about 40 minutes later it was DONE. Amazing what great customer service they provided I will be telling 100 people about this store......Thank You

My order is messed up 75% of the time I come here. The other day I came in and asked for fries with shredded cheese (Not chilly cheese fries) and was given chilly cheese fries with no shedded cheese even. They used Cheese sauce a product that has been unapproved for like a decade by DQ I think. Why do they even have it in store? I know this as I am a former employee of dq. So even if I had asked for what I was given they did not even make it with the proper ingredients. Another time I came in and asked for the same thing and was given shedded cheese and cheese sause as well. I just want fries with shedded cheese so I now only go to the crescent heights dq.

Service was bad, girl at the till dropped a cup on the floor and then tried to give it to us anyway, after she was told we wanted a clean cup she traded it out with a clean one and put the other back into the serving order for the next person. The food was greasy and gross. Really poor visit. If we come back I would certainly hope it is improved.
