I had to wait 15 minutes for fries, a wrap, and a drink. All the while, burger and full meals were being sent out to people who ordered after me. If you work in the mall and have limited time for a break, don't waste your time going here. They either need to get themselves properly staffed, or some retraining

I have been going to McDonald’s since I was a kid and it has morphed many times over the years but I have always liked the food and the reasonable prices. This location is always busy and is a small food court size so it can be crowded at times especially during breakfast and lunch. Personally I have had good service and the staff is friendly and courteous. I work in the Oxford Tower and it is a short walk to the food court so it is convenient. I use the App at times ahead of time so I can just go to the restaurant and my food is ready. I will continue to come here.

Always excited to try McDonald's specials (mcrib, fish and chips, etc). Fish and chips are ok (grocery store) quality but you only get two (tiny) pieces of fish along with a medium size amount of fries. May as well go to the grocery store and buy a box for 4 bucks-you'll get at least 6 fish sticks for half the price.

Pathetic, they gave me a beef burger when asked for egg muffins. Had to throw them away.

Their fries when fresh with no salt are quite tasty. Not good for you but what the hay gotta live. Right
