I love coming to the Lingnan, whether it is to dine in or take out. The foods consistency in flavour and presentation never ceases. All the staff are helpful and willing to modify orders. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There is now ample parking, but if you would prefer to take public transportation the LRT is close by. Must try dishes are the aristocratic chow main, dry spicy chicken, Korean chicken (if you like sweet and spicy), and prince Phillips favourite! Delicious food, fantastic service and I’ve never been disappointed.

Simply put, it was amazing. Place was packed. We had the buffet which was surprisingly good, with great variety. Service was off the charts phenomenal. Gracious and friendly wait staff. We were a group of 15 for my son’s 8th birthday. They played & sang happy birthday, put lit candles on the cake we supplied and served us cake, without any charge and without us even asking. Furthermore without expectation they gave us senior discounts (didn’t know they had one?) and my son and his 2 friends ate for free. Who does that these days? I’d give them 6 stars if I could for the service alone, but the food was equally as good. Highly recommend them.

An institution in Edmonton, loved by many! This restaurant, now situated in the shadow of Rogers Place, has been in the same location for over 3 decades, yet still operates like it is trying to make it's reputation. The staff is friendly and experienced, and the food is much like it has always been - which is a good thing! The decor is colourful yet dark, and it has plenty of atmosphere. It's good for dates or family gatherings. Give it a try!

Our family (3) decided to try the Lingnan for the first time on Friday evening. We were seated almost immediately. The staff were courteous and attentive. The food was delicious. The owners were sure to pay attention to us and our toddler. It’s truly humbling and special to see owners who take the time to greet and entertain their customers like this. We will definitely be returning!

Interior is very cool. It has this traditional Chinese theme. Lighting is pretty dark though. Food was pretty good, everything was a little bit sweet though.
