This is easily the best Harvey's in the city. They have great customer service and the food is always great. The fact that they serve breakfast (which is also excellent) is amazing. Plus they still serve Dr. Pepper, that is becoming less common all the time.

Harvey's is good. Food is always fresh and hot at a reasonable price. This one, at lunch, is crazy busy. Expect a line out the door and no room to sit. But if you come a little early or closer to 1pm, you'll be fine if eating in is what you want.

The food was decent, service was moderately quick, seating area was way too small and the lineup was outside the building because of poor design. The food cost was comparable to something like Five Guys, but combining that with a Subway style order to add your extras...it just created a bottleneck. There was a very small parking lot, however you could potentially park in the best buy parking lot of necessary. I might consider going again, but about at all costs going at the lunch time rush 11:30-1:30 or risk standing outside in the cold. Overall, I would say that it's kinda sloppy design with relatively good food.
