Unfortunately, this is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They are understaffed for the amount of business they get. Several times we had to explain over and over that we needed a Traveller's box of coffee. They just didn't understand. And when they did, they didn't have any in stock. Seems like they never do. I came here the other day and my coffee was cold (not exaggerating) and their mini pastries were hard, rock solid (again, not exaggerating). If you're around the area, turn around and drive a few more blocks in another direction. You're bound to hit a different McDonald's with better food and service, if this is what you are absolutely craving.

I like that there is a good selection of food and that they are adding new food selection from time to time but i dont like how they take your order then someone else fill the order there has been times i have had to wait five minutes for tea.

Worst McDonald's ever! I seem to forget everytime I go there they cannot get an order right. I was charged $10 for an XL coffee, breakfast sausage and egg add bacon and two hashbrowns. Opened sandwich and no sausage. I cannot stress enough that this McDonald's is a poorly run extension of the franchise. Check you order and continue to comment face to face with their managers over the service given. Their service is a disgrace.

The restaurant was untidy and the service was very lackluster. Every table in the play place area was filthy and unusable and only a couple tables in the rest of the establishment were clean. I ordered my meal and needed to return multiple items because they were not what I had actually ordered. When returning my items I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged and even then my order was only partially corrected. Restaurant was very cold inside due to an outside door being propped open during a snowstorm. The reason for the door being propped open is for employee convenience when delivering orders outside.

Average McD's... need work on washrooms and condiments/pop... No ice tea... No napkins in the one napkin bin with the other one being low as well. No toilet paper in washroom.
