Love Pizza Hut, great pizza. What they have the best is their crust. The manager is very friendly and they are quick.

I really wanted to give a ZERO STAR RATING. Why does Pizza Hut need a whole bunch of personal information just to see the menu? That's unnecessary and invasive and should be illegal (maybe it is). I'm not placing an order, I just want to see the menu. You shouldn't have to get my location for this right down to my house number!!! Smarten up Puzza Hut. You lost business today.

I received a flyer in the mail for Pizza Hut which promoted the "5 Cheese Stuffed Crust" and the "Triple Treat Box" among other specials. With the exception of the "$10 Pizza Of The Day" specials on the back page, none of the other specials are noted to be "Online Only" I was refused to be able to take advantage of any of the specials in person. Instead, I ordered a special off the menu which ended up being of poor quality (I have photos.) Before leaving the location, I noticed the flyer also had the "Early Week Specials" and asked if they were still available to be ordered as a walk-in customer - When I was told "yes," I questioned why they were in the same flyer and not marked any differently than the specials I was refused, but I could order them at the counter as a walk-in. In short, I was informed the supervisor could have placed my order and discounted it, but he would have been questioned about it. Best of all, if these specials are for "Online Only," why are there a stack of these flyers kept at the counter by the cash register for customers to view/take? VERY poor service.

Worse service ever!!!! Manager was really rude and snarky to me when I came in to get pizza with an credit as last delivery, they never delivered my pizzas that I had ordered. He also was pretty discriminated to the disability person as there was lady in front of me, she asked for paper and pen to write down an order. He skipped her over to me to take my orders instead of wait for her. I told him, I’m waiting after you are done with her. Then he said nah, not waiting. So can I take your orders now or what???? If not, get out of my shop. So I left... not impressed with his customer service or his service for pizza at all. Never coming back ever again.

STAY AWAY!!! The Callingwood location is a disgrace! First, you will wait forever for your pizza to arrive. We ordered ours at 6.30, with the quoted time of delivery of 7.20 and the driver came almost 2 hours after the order. Not surprisingly, the pizza was barely warm. We refused the order and called the store. Guess what - no acknowledgment of any issues, no apology, nothing. The DO NOT CARE! We were told to order again and wait again! The customer service was not helpful at all. Basically - everything is up to the store. We were given an option to contact the head office and, when I ask if they can contact us, the answer was a "NO". So proceed at your own risk...
