Gone here twice food is amazing the first time on the restaurant side our waitress checked up on us many times the second time the bar side our waitress did not once check to see how we were. As a waitress myself for many years the one main thing that matters the most to me is the service. I'll go back to a place with good service and alright food over a place with good food a poor service. Over all I'm happy whether or not I'll go back depends on my service the next time I go

My husband and I have visited The Vine dining room, twice in the last 2 weeks. Everything was FABULOUS!! The cowboy fettuccine, fish and chips, stew, and bison burger were all delicious and generous portions. The service, both visits, was prompt, competent and friendly. It is an interesting menu with a Western flair. We are looking forward to our next visit to try the bannock and maple syrup.

The service is absolutely horrible. The food is mediocre at best, but it is a nice atmosphere aside from the loud mouth who had to let everyone know he's laughing at something (but you get those customers everywhere - I just figured I'd mention it because I couldn't enjoy my overly salty food in peace and quiet). In the morning I waited 15 minutes before I got up and asked for a coffee. I only ate here because I stayed at the hotel which was okay.

Food took almost an hour and came cold. Beer was advertised as 16oz but came in a 12oz glass. Steak was over cooked and came with no sides except a poorly made salad. Absolute garbage. I don't mind paying more for good food but it was overly expensive and very low quality. Save your money and go to the boondocks restaurant. Much better quality. If I could've given no stars I would have.

Absolutely worst service I've ever had. Ask for an appetizer and comes the same time as food. Then I order a burger and no . Thanx for nothing. Garbage restaurant. Don't go. Didn't even wanna give it one star.
