Had no problems with the staff or the quality of food. The food was tasty and I prefer A&W patties over any other fast food beef patties. I have no complaints about wait time, especially for what I was getting. The only thing that could be fixed was the distribution of condiments, I found they weren't spread evenly across the burger.

The 1 star review for the place is for the racist attitude from an employee working at that time. The place is the typical A&W with all the amenities. There is no complaint except the racist attitude from the white old lady. First of all, she did not greet us. Then her expression looked like we were not confident enough to speak in English with her. We also noticed that she greeted other white customers just to make sure that the incident was isolated for the brown people. We don't care about the hardship they are having in their life, it's their job to provide reasonable customer service. I would not recommend this place if people still have this attitude.

Great food!! The only downside is that they changed their straws to the economy friendly ones. Which is absolutely great for regular drinks. Be mindful if you're ever ordering a milkshake though because the shake will not suck through the straws. I will admit I was a bit disappointed since I had to remove the lid to drink a thick shake. Otherwise still delicious :p

Would be 5 stars.... But the paper straws are garbage. They make your pop flat and get soggy in minutes. If A&W were truly caring of the environment they wouldn't use plastic lids either... But at this moment they are just following the #metoo movement.
