Hazardous food handling Seriously, went to Edo to have lunch....ordered my food and as he was cooking my meal he was handling a huge mass of raw chicken with the same cooking utensils. Touching raw meat then stirring my food as it was cooking. Fail the safe food handling course? Probably wasn't even required to take any safe handling/cooking course. GREAT way to make someone very ill by cross-contamination, but I'm positive that's no concern in the Philippines right? Well here it is, and also illegal. Edo is usually good, just watch to make sure they are doing what they should be doing with regards to health regulations etc.

(Happened 7/20/2017... Called and talked to the manager (7/21/2017) Food Poisoning. Using the Spatulas to handle raw chicken and then touch my veggies, is kinda icky. The pineapple I got with my meal was old and had gone bad. Not usually being the one to complain I just pushed the pineapple to the side and continued eating. not long after maybe about 10 minutes, I had to stop walking home and vomit on the side of the sidewalk. Today I called the manager of the location and suggested that the pineapple or something had gone bad. The manager told me that it wasn't the food and its kept in the fridge, but she'd check, and told me that I probably have a cold or flu, After I vomited I felt great.
