I've ordered here many times and I find that it's always a consistent experience. The staff isn't too chatty but they arefriendly. The food is always good and the serving sizes are always good compared to some other locations.

This is by far the worst Edo Japan in Edmonton. I've gone to Edo for the last 10 years and have never experienced undercooked meat especially when you asked for it to be well done. This is the worst Edo do not eat here

Food and service were both really good, i am a regular customer as this location is close to my work.

I've gone to Edo many times in my life and I know very well that the noodles are supposed to be ready to eat when you get the soup. I came here with my boyfriend for udon and we got our soups with the noodles still intact but clearly the square was cut in half. We were told you have to mix it in yourself. When he went to go ask about it. To top it off that the noodles tasted like plastic so I wasn't thrilled with this location on that.

Worst edo experience in the city. My girlfriend and I ordered two udon soups. We got our meals and the noodles were raw and clumped up in a brick like you get at the grocery store before the noodles are boiled. I went up to show them the mistake and the staff said that’s normal and that’s how they make it.. yeah right. At $10 a bowl this is far below the quality that I expect. This will be my last time coming to this location.
