About one in ten times the order is correct, even though the receipt shows that I paid for an item or addition. I asked the person at the window if the burger had extra cheese as it seemed like she asked if I'd ordered a regular big Mac. I said extra cheese and she handed me my bag. Found no extra cheese and the sauce was missing from the nuggets. I get 30 mins for lunch so no time to go back, which I think they count on. For how computerized and assembly line like these fast food chains are, it's surprising that even someone with below average intelligence can mess it up. If I consistently performed this poorly at my job, I wouldn't have it any more.

Easily the worst McDonald's in the city. Expect to be parked for even a single hamburger meal, and do not modify the order in any way as it will go unnoticed. They somehow manage to serve old, stale fries even at the busiest time during lunch. How this is achieved I don't know, but the results are overwhelmingly negative. Come here if you need a reason to swear off McDonald's and stick to a better diet, as the low quality of food and service will be a strong motivator.

Visited today 6th March 2018 around 1:50pm Quick service and great customer interaction. Really helpful staff and they even served the lunch at the table with gentle smile and quite professionally. Fries were crisp fresh and so was the sandwich. Keep up the good work McDonald's staff 👍

Extreme poor quality cooked from frozen food. There is no menu for adults as the largest burger is a mere 4oz. No proper burger toppings. No fresh cheeses, simply processed American plastic cheese. Do not have bbq sauce or hot sauce. No jalapenos or hot peppers. No fried onions or sauteed mushrooms. They put cafeteria style ketchup and mustard on beef products. No steak sauce for burgers either. No alcohol. No servers. They have crayons and place mats for children to colour on.

I went to MacDonald's in the drive thru for lunch at 10:53am and they told me they couldnt serve me lunch because it was still breakfast and said I had to wait. So I immediately pulled the truck over parked and walked inside. It was now 10:55am. They told me I was able to order lunch all along when I came inside. I was in a rush and the fact they couldn't just have taken my order in drive thru would have helped alot
