Went for a fun and well priced chicken dinner with 8 people. We got 2 party packs and got the medium hot and hot chicken. The garlic bread was excellent as well! Everyone loved it including my young kids. The coke machine was also a big hit with me and the kids as you have about 50-60 different flavours to choose from! We will be back!

We took our combined family of 8 there on a Friday. We had about a 20 min wait, and that was acceptable since they needed a couple of tables to free up. We ordered the platter for 6 as to of the kids are pretty small and we knew they wouldn't eat much. So we ordered medium chicken and lemon herb. Both were great, and perfectly cooked. The sides we got we garlic bread, spicy rice, peri-peri veggies, and French fries. The rice was great, but the veggies send a but greasy. That was probably because they are sauteed in the sauce. The staff were very helpful and communicated well. Our family had a good experience and I'm positive we will all be back.

The place had a friendly atmosphere as well as the service was well done and accommodating to our needs despite the busy hours. The food was great overall, tasty and had a nice heat to it and I highly recommend the garlic bread. There are a lot of choices to choose from drinks like beer and capaccino to desserts like cakes. I would go back again.

The atmosphere is amazing. Good service and clean place. Great food, as usual. It gets really busy around lunch and dinner time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We arrived at the door and were waiting almost 15 minutes before one of the staff who were clearly in no hurry to help came over to see if we wanted takeout or a seat. I looked around and counted 8 filthy tables. There were 3 people behind the kitchen counter prepping food, 2 cashiers and 1 person bringing food to the tables. There was nobody bussing the entire time we were waiting. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy with only about 5 other tables in use. Then came the ordeal of ordering. Another 12 minutes in line with only 1 person ahead of me. What could the delay be?? I finally get to place my order. That went smoothly enough. But wait... I order pop only to be told there are no glasses they would bring them to my table. When they eventually arrived I go up to get the drinks to find the pop area in complete disarray. Spills everywhere and no napkins or cutlery to be seen. Unbelievable. While sitting there I noticed that they are bringing out cutlery 1 or 2 sets at a time. (When someone in back can be bothered to wash them I guess / hope) so I run up to nab them while I can. The knives were sticky!!! Luckily there's a hand washing station by the pop machine where you can do your own dishes. When the food arrived my partners chicken was cold and both of our corn cob sides were cold and shriveled up. (Not even warm enough to melt butter on). We ate up and left figuring that we'd starve before having the problems rectified. All these problems come down to bad management. Under staffing and no clearly defined roles. We will not be returning to this location which is a pity as we both love nandos and the one in the north east is far superior but too far away.
