McDonalds is pretty standard. Went for McHappy day and had to wait 25 munutes for my order... But it is all for the kids and their families.

Ordered here a few times by drive through and in store take out, most of the time items on my order are missing or wrong. Better check your orders before leaving.

This McDonald's consistently gets my order wrong or misses something all together when I order in the store. They had to remake my order three times to get it right as it was just a country style chicken burger. Majority of the time there is barely any ketchup or mustard on my hamburger. I ask for mustard on the side and they give it to me in a cup with no knife or means to spread my mustard...not too bright! This is one of the most poorly managed McDonalds I've been to, which is pretty sad because when you look at the uniforms staff are wearing majority of them are Managers!

Stopped by this location for a quick breakfast on family day. Granted they were incredibly busy but the service was terrible. We waited 25 minutes for an order that never came. We asked several times (when we could manage to get someone’s attention); about our order only to be brushed off. Staff frazzled, people constantly returning wrong orders, and we now have to leave after half an hour of waiting to get Tim Hortons. They should have temporarily closed their drive through to deal with the backlog inside. Would never recommend this location. Their customer service resolution skills are worse than their service. Zero stars here.

The Angus beef was not good as I expected but the service was pretty good.
