Food and service was good, took my mom out for a bite to eat, she ordered the bacon burger with no tomatoes and no pickle as she hates the flavor of each, 5 bites in and she gets a mouthful of tomatoes and pickles! The waitress was nice enough to offer a remake but we were half way through dinner as it was, the waitress then comes over and apologizes again and offers dessert, my mother is not one to have sweets after eating, so we ask for the bill...the bill comes and the waitress informs us they they took care of my moms drink...a Pepsi.....a $2.00 drink... that cost's them $0.15, though they offered a full meal replacement and then a free dessert...you think they could have at least deducted the price of the dessert. Over all was a good experience...service was great...just felt this could if been dealt with in a better way. Again the service was great and the my meal was awesome..they just could of went a bit further in the customer experience for my mom.

Pretty good food and drinks. Service was average. The only reasons why I gave it a lower rating as because the wator grabbed my wallet when we were going to pay. Not a huge deal just rubbed me the wrong way.

The food is way too mediocre to have to deal with the staff and they're arrogant attitudes. The manager has a mouth big enough to fit both of her feet in and was just a flat-out angry person. We were made to feel burdensome when inquiring about menu items, which on their little menu does not list prices and many other details. My 50 plus year old father was made to feel like he might try to steal ribs from an all you can eat menu and overall I was disgusted by the managers attitude when I tried to redeem a $10 coupon on $120 bill. The place gives you the coupon but will not honor it..... What started out as a good time turned into me fuming mad as I left. 100% we will never go back.
