The Sushi Factory is an amazing restaurant! The atmosphere and service is friendly and the food is delicious. I personally am vegetarian and still i have a lot to choose from (best tofu stir fry around) while other places tend to have a limited selection. The service can be slow some days but its definitely worth it!

Every time we have come here we have had the most amazing sushi! So so yummy! However, evertime come here to eat the service steadily gets worse and worse. This time really took the cake, wow!! I am not one to write a bad review but we were fuming on how slow the service was. There was three other tables in the resteraunt at the time so there was no excuse, I tried to make excuses but it was just bad. I used to serve myself so I understand how stressful it can be, but this was just pure laziness. We will be ordering take out from now on to bypass the server. Food is very very good though.

Good food. Terrible service. They were terribly understaffed. What a shame.

My wife loves sushi (and loves this place). I don't really like sushi, but I have plenty of other options here: all delicious. The potato patty (Korroke?) is a fantastic appetizer, the teriyaki beef was excellent. Our waitress was adorable and huggable (in a motherly way)... and nailed the order, with great service. Food presentation is top notch.

The restaurant itself was nice inside. The service was a bit slow but it was super slow late lunch when I arrived. The miso was one of the best I have tasted since Tokyo! Well done! Tons of Nori and tofu. The rolls I had were smoked salmon Maki, tuna avacado roll and an avacado roll. All were perfectly portioned and super tasty. The fish was amazing and being from the coast I am picky. Lunch time domestic beers for $3?! Hello yes please....it's a good thing I don't work close to sushi factory! Highly recommended
