BEST. PIZZA. EVER!!! The flavour is well-balanced, the ingredients don't taste cheap, and the pizza itself is not dripping in grease. It is also not overpoweringly salty, which is a welcomed change from the major chains. We will be driving from Edmonton to order this pizza—it is that good. It is also great that all ingredients are halal, except for the bacon and ham replacements, which are made from non-dhabihah turkey. I highly, highly recommend Canadian Pizza Unlimited over every other pizza place in the Edmonton area.

I ordered pizzas for a later delivery time the same day, it arrived an hour before it was supposed to forcing the other person at home to pay. I called to inquire and they agreed it was the wrong time it was delivered and then said they were busy and hung up on me. Must have better customer service then that.

Not good at all tonight. Specifically ordered the pizza I asked for with no red sauce and instead donair sauce - and all toppings except for green olives and spicy peppers. No shrimp, a few shreds of tomato, no green peppers, and no donair sauce. Called first time to politely sort the issue out directly with the owner and got a simple "sorry mam, next time you can have a discount", even though I just said this pizza will be going straight in the garbage tonight - the call ended. I called back, said I just got home, and asked again if there would be any chance the correct order would be sent to me and was told "no" and was actually hung up on. Even though I tipped a couple dollars when I paid, this is what happened (and I'm truly not one to complain about anything service-related - I was in the service industry for over 10 years). Absolutely terrible this time around, and you won't be seeing me here again. It's only a pizza, I know, but if I order something I expect it to be correct or at least taken care of if/when there are errors. End of story.
