Burger King still remains one of the best places to get an amazing burger from the whopper Jr to the whopper cheese with as many patties as you want. 3rd Ave Burger King has the friendliness staff with quick well packed orders. You won't end up with a squished Burger by the time you get home. Always onion rings over fries lol

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I ordered on Skip the Dishes for pick up worth $60.00 and my husband went to pick up and they yelled at him for not having the right pick up order when he said our number is #398277121 he even mentioned it was FOR PICK UP!!! He had to drive around to ask AGAIN!. When he went to the pick up window the so call manager whom doesn't speak correct English yelled at us once again. He would not listen nor understand that we said it was for pickup. Then when he found out he was in the wrong and we have been CORRECT this whole time he still had attitude and shunned us NO APOLOGY!!! IS THIS NOT THE SAME ESTABLISHMENT WHERE THEY HAD PEOPLE LIVING UNDERNEATH THIS RESTAURANT? ILLEGALLY?

Went to Burger King 3 Ave S worst service ever. Would never go back!! Ordered food online (not covid related) Was stuck behind a truck that was allowing several cars to go ahead. I finally realized after a long time that he didn't want to be in the line up. I left & tried to go into the restaurant, but was told you have to go through the drive through so started that all over again. It took an hr to finally get to the window where the order was sitting in the open window area cold. While they got it into a bag they dropped it on the floor and had to start it again. They said they would make it over, but in doing so they didn't complete what was prepaid. It was missing part of the order. The burgers were not redone. They were very cold when we opened the bag after driving away. The manager was incompetent, not professional at all.

I'm only giving it two stars because the person at the window was incredibly friendly. The food was absolutely horrible. My husband and I both ordered poutine instead of fries... Got halfway through eating it and there was no gravy or cheese left in the bottom. My husband got a roadhouse king combo and the burger tasted awful and was ice cold... I ordered the bacon cheese crispy chicken combo and wouldn't take more than one bite of it. The chicken was cold and felt like it had been sitting there for 5 hours... We also got a side order of mozza sticks as our little guy likes them... Unfortunately he was also unable to eat those because they were rock hard and stuck together. We spent $40 and each ate half a poutine and one bite of our burgers. Won't be going back All in all we spent $40

Drive through sucked couldn't hear person on speaker. Began to talk slowly and annunciation. Suddenly cleat as a bell someone snapped " she wasnt talking to you and you don't need to treat her like she is stupid. I said excuse me. My order was canceled. I have 9 grand kids I take for dinner and I will never go back.no sale. Rude rude rude. Your loss
