Fabulous meal with amazing service. The portions were good and each dish was flavourful and well presented. The cocktails were also well made. We were so impressed with the food that we had no room for an after dinner treat. I would highly recommend the braised short ribs. So very good.

This is an expensive restaurant that I had researched beforehand. I made a reservation for last night at 530pm. It was not busy. We arrived and were seated right away. We sat for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by the many servers that were on staff. We weren’t offered drinks - we were literally ignored. They even prioritized cleaning a table right in front of us with their back to us! Finally we ended up leaving! I’m glad we didn’t spend $150+ in this awful restaurant.

TLDR: NO service was offered, entitled staff, will NEVER return I booked this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion as I had seen positive reviews online. Our reservation was for 5:30 pm on Friday May 3rd. We were quickly seated by the hostess and presented with menus. Five minutes go by, ten minutes go by when finally we realize no server has approached us. We waited another ten minutes before finally deciding to leave. Many servers made eye contact with us, a table near us even had their empty wine glasses cleared but the server had her back turned and didn’t ask if we had been helped. We were not even offered water. The restaurant was NOT busy and there was plenty of staff. When we went to leave, the hostess did not apologize when we told her about the poor service. She smirked and kept repeating “okay.” I have been eating out for many years and can say with certainty this is the worst service I have ever had because there wasn’t any! Do not support a business that doesn’t support its customers. I am glad we didn’t spend any money at this disappointing establishment as it would have been more than $150.

The experience here was not quite the same as other high end restaurants in Edmonton. The server was alright and the atmosphere was nice. The rest of the experience was not. When we arrived we were informed that happy hour was only available in the lounge (which apparently was full). No where on the online menu or promotional material is this mentioned. We were not alone in thinking that happy hour should be in the dining room as nearly every table around us did order from the lounge menu, only to their surprise to receive a bill for the full value and no happy hour special. To the restaurants credit they did adjust the bill of the table beside us who mentioned this to them and our server at least let us know in advance that happy hour prices didn't apply in the dining room (theirs must not have). After that disappointment we decided we'd try some food from the dinner menu as we were still hoping to try that as well. The food was good and well cooked, compliments to the chef. However it took nearly an hour from ordering to get our main course. Clearly they felt it was taking longer than usual because our server explained that typically the chicken we had ordered takes about 25 minutes as they prepare it from scratch (we were told this right as our wait was just reaching 50 minutes). Overall the food was good, but there's a lot of restaurants around Edmonton and area with excellent food. The misleading specials, long wait time for food and mediocre service were more than enough to sour the dining experience at least for us. It's because of this that I wouldn't be able to reccomend this restaurant to anyone I usually do. We may have had a bed experience, but it seemed like we weren't alone that night. I hope that if you eat here your experience is better than ours. I'd love to leave a five star review like many have but compared to other high end restaurants we've been to in Edmonton and area I cannot say this one lived up to the hype.

Food was exceptional and good portions. Staff weren't to scale for the venue in my opinion as it was a extremely long wait between finishing our food and having the waitress stop by again and the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. I'd expect higher quality service for the price point.
