The worst Freshii, and I'm actually a fan of the chain so... I've lost count of the times my salad has been made incorrectly from this location. A few times it's been a completely different salad, but more often than not they forget a topping (aged cheddar, cranberries, green apple etc.). I've held off on giving a bad review however this last time after coming home with the market salad they had not added the Quinoa of green apple... They did not adjust the portion based on not including these two ingredients and I had 1/4 full salad for dinner that night. Rest assured I was more than hungry by bedtime. This many errors for a $14 dollar salad? Unacceptable and it's obviously a problem with the location.

I remember the first time I walked in I was greeted so wonderfully and with such great kindness by the staff everything was so clean and organized the food here is just amazing it really fills you up I highly recommend this place!!!

Food is good.. like every other location. Staff had no idea what was on the menu and didn't listen to the orders we gave. When the cashier asked for a name my girlfriend said Sam and the cashier insinuated that was a boys name. All in all I was very unimpressed with the experience at this particular location. I usually go to the west Edmonton mall location and have never had an issue.

I work a short drive away from this location and I HIGHLY recommend it. I eat here atleast once to a few times a week as it's a nice healthy lunch alternative. My order is always correct, and there has never been an issue. But what I like must is the Extremely great customer service. They call me by my first name with a very welcoming greeting every time. They always thank everyone for their service and today they gave me a customer appreciation card for my continued business which is a great option, and a smart idea on their end cause it will keep me coming! Customer service and the food industry can be a difficult job as I know from experience, but you'd never know that as this staff does a very good job at it! Thanks for the awesome lunch every week and putting a smile on my face!

I love the customizable bowls that you can get here! The food is all tasty, fresh and reasonably priced! Since it’s custom there can be a bit of a wait to get your food though.
