My daughter ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal. They burned her bun and then put the meat on a sub bun instead without asking her if that was okay with her. The employee's weren't watching or listening when We had the chips and asked for a combo. She only charged him for the drink(on top of the sandwich and sub) and then made him pay for a single bag of chips(instead of charging a combo) on his debit because of their mistake. And then when my daughter was throwing out her garbage someone working behind the counter started yelling across the store at her to put her garbage in a different garbage can?? Everyone in the store started staring at her and she was embarrassed when there was zero reason for her to be. I hate when people treat kids as "less than" when I am trying to teach them to be independent and strong. I will not recommend this location 100% just because of the way they treated my kid. The bag of chips thing was just irritating.

This is a great place to eat as the staff and owner over here are very welcoming and friendly. When Kerby came at subway I was over there. At that time I also have to use the washroom but he came from the washroom after 25 minutes, although he didn’t buy anything and when owner just politely told him that my customer have to wait 25 mins then Kerby just start arguing and swearing. In my opinion Kerby was totally wrong. Because the workers have to clean the washroom again as there is totally mess in it.

Food was acceptable but at this location the toppings were lean. Other locations are not so sparing with the vege. I won't rate it down but they did nothing to brag about. Upside, service was polite, prompt and helpful. Place is clean.
