I tried this place with my wife recently. The buffet was good, although we must have had poor timing because after eating just 1 plate we were informed that they were packing it up soon. I quickly piled up a second plate to get my moneys worth. The lemon chicken and BBQ Pork was delicious! I'd go again but I'd make sure we went early enough to not pay $60 for all you can eat in 30 minutes. Also, my wife ordered a Ceasar and asked for extra Worcestershire. I took a sip and the whole thing tasted like water. Comparing their Ceasar to the one we got from Original Joe's the following morning, It didn't compare in the slightest way. So for the buffet, get there as early as you can. For the bar, well, don't go there for the bar.

Hi I’m refining my previous review!? We have eaten at the Rock periodically for many years 5 decades in fact! With a couple of exceptions, the buffet was very good for me! My wife is a lite eater , she prefers to order from the menu but it is even too much! Eating at this Chinese buffet you will have to make a commitment to arrive within the first hour and a half!.? If not there won’t be much left that is warm! Better phone for reservations and ask when the next refill is going on! Better yet-Order from the menu -it will be fresh and warm!,

My boyfriend and I went here last night, the staff was friendly, the food tasted alright but then when he got home he was sick and I was feeling sick through the rest of the evening. This is my 4th time getting sick from here.

A solid 4 star Chinese Food Buffet... We arrived right at 4:30 on Saturday, which is recommended because it gets busy by 5:30. Food is hot and tasty. The batter for the spring rolls is light and perfectly cooked. Other favourites are the wonton soup. Only problem is that the soup bowls are small and only hold 4 wontons. The squid is deliciously tender in a tempura batter as is the salt and pepper shrimp. We also like the peel and eat shrimp with a homemade seafood sauce. Ginger Beef, Sweet & Sour pork and the lemon chicken are also good choices, just to name a few. Nice sauces are available and the homemade plum sauce is awesome on the spring rolls. There's ice cream and squares for dessert if you have room. With one beer the Buffet for two was $47.00 including the tip. Not the cheapest but one of the best Chinese food Buffet's around...Cheers.
