We tried to go out for supper here after a show at the Centrium. We waited about 20 minutes in a short line and no hostess came. When I finally caught her, she told us it would be another 20 minutes but did not take our name. On a Saturday evening at dinner time, better customer service is expected. We didn't eat here and won't return.

My “handmade in house” california classic with avocado was quite clearly a frozen, stamp-cut Costco patty. No avocado, dripping mustard, near white tomatoes, it was just bad. The interior is gorgeous and the service wasn’t bad, but the food is really amateur and really overpriced. There’s a reason it was near empty while Earls next door is jam-packed. Come for drinks and drinks only.

Terrible. Won't be back. Service super slow. Took 45 minutes to get starter salad and then meal came before I could have one bite of salad. Food lukewarm. Chicken hard and flavourless. Waitress didn't get drink order right and never asked if we wanted refills. Table next to us (with same waitress) had their starters in 10 minutes. Save your money and eat at home. Or go elsewhere! Very disappointing as this used to be a good place!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and decent prices. The ribs weren't the greatest. I've had better many other places but the other three liked their dish very much
