Ordered food from here. Food came 20 minutes after ordering. This seems good until you think about how that could be possible (it's not likely being made to order) When it came it was missing the mixed veggies. Called back to rectify this, the lady on the phone seemed confused about what I wanted, even though I laid it out pretty clear: I just wanted the mixed veggies. She said I would have to pay delivery, I said that didn't seem fair. She put me on hold for a while and eventually hung up on me (I assume by mistake). The veggies showed up, though I wasn't expecting them. In the end the food was rather bland, and ordering was a debacle. The lemon chicken was tough, the ginger beef was impossibly chewy and the special fried rice didn't really have much flavour. For the price, it really wasn't worth it.

The food was alright but the customer service was terrible. I had an order, but 1 item arrived wrong and the other didn't come at all.. I Called and politely asked them to send the proper items , understanding that mistakes can happen. I'm mad that the person blamed me for the mistake and then charged me for the extra food after we discussed not wanting to pay for the delivery order for the mistake. She told me I was wrong and what I ordered even though she confirmed my order back to me over the phone 2 or 3 times. I called back to ask why they were charging me again? And she fought with me and hung up. Will not be using this service again.

I often get off work around 9-9:30 and am too tired to cook and end up coming here. The food is great and despite my coming near closing time I always have had quality service.

I ordered the kung pao chicken, I don't know what I got! It was the most horrible dish I almost ate, waste of 25.00.

Got some delivery from here this evening and I must say this place has the best chow mein I have tried in red deer and the spring rolls😍 oh my goodness I couldn't believe how amazing the quality and quantity for such a decent price! I am definitely making this my regular Chinese stop!
