SAVE YOUR MONEY. Please save yourself the headache and go to another location. This box springs location is super convenient for me to stop at. But I have had 6 orders out my past 10 order messed up some how. When I ask the employee if the coffee they are giving me is what I ordered they respond in a rude manner. For me to find out afterwards that it is in fact not the right coffee or sandwich. Or the bacon on the breakfast wrap is over cooked to nasty crisp.

I usually don’t write these things when I get bad service but I just want people to know. I pulled into the drive through at 630 last night one car in front of me. Waited 10 minutes to get the wrong order. “Hey it happens” went back through 2 cars in front of me waited another 10 minutes go the wrong order.”I was still at the window. So I tell them can I just get my money back I have somewhere to be. So after another 5 minutes I get back 9.65 when my order was 12.12 so I said it’s not enough money back. They couldn’t figure it out so basically I paid 3 dollars to sit in a drive through for 25 minutes and the could care less that my food wasent right twice and couldn’t figure out how much money to give me back”

terrible experience. Only recieved attitude from the women manager. Tills wouldnt work and self serve kiosk wouldnt dress mcdoubles like a mac. Never coming back to this location.

This McDonald's has to be the worst in Canada. Never have I been denied getting a fry before. All I wanted was 2 large fry. Cashier said sorry it's not 11am yet. I said really it's 8 mins. No can't do it. So I asked for the manager. He said no it's not 11am. Really I said it's 6 mins too. He corrected me and no it's 7 mins too and we have to do testing before hand. Wow I was pissed. A&W had no problems serving me. Great friendly staff at A&W. I will go to A&W Everytime I'm here over McDonald's.

Possibly the worst McDonald's I've visited. Messy and dirty with overflowing trash bins. The place was less than half full and it took 24 minutes to get out order and they still missed a couple items that I had to go back to the counter to get. The staff was very friendly and helpful but management needs to change. They were out of lids for drinks so you couldn't even get a drink to go. The drink station was a sticky mess. The whole restaurant was so dirty I wonder if they ran out of cloths also.
