Was there 4 days ago . Ordered a burger and fries. Burger was dry and bun was pretty stale. Told them about, you couldn't squeeze a drop of juice out of the burger if your tried. Had two bites couldn't swollow it without water . The response was thats how the burgers are here. Paid my 17 dollars won't be going back. Pretty sure the lady that made the excuse was the manger. I was pretty upset by it. I worked 16 hours that day was starving..ended up.going to another restaurant in town. On a good note though the rest of the staff was friendly .

Waiting for service when you're the only ones here is horrible and pathetic. Took about 10 minutes to seat us when the server was chatting with the only customers for that time till they left. Waiting to get a refill for a simple soft drink felt like forever. I'm not impressed with my service here. It would take a miracle to change my mind about this place

It used to be that the quality of service was quite spotty here... but they've really improved in the last year. Food is pretty consistent.

Not a fan of BP'S. Never have I had good service or food until my previous visit. It's getting better.
