We just had a double birthday here (after a dance competition) so we had a lot of hungry teenagers with us. There was approximately 30 of us there and the manager (who was being our server for the evening) did a great job, he was interacting with us all and he was genuinely enjoying himself. All food came out and everyone was happy, all the bills were correct even with that many separate bills. Thank you again!

Worst restaurant experience x2. Tried to give Montana’s in beacon hill a second try. DO NOT WASTE your time at this location. Food is terrible and service is even worse. We didn’t even have a waitress our second visit. The manager came and took our drink order and told us the waitress would be with us shortly. She never came and the manager then took our food order after sitting for over 25 minutes. After that no one came back to our table for the next hour. Honestly spend your money elsewhere. This location is so poorly run, suprised it’s still open.

Food was decent but when we arrived the front doors were locked with 2hrs remaining according to the posted schedule. We called the restaurant and the manager opened up the door saying that it has been getting stuck as of late. You'd think that would be a priority to be fixed. We watched 3 other groups give up and leave. Also the men's and women's washrooms in the lounge side are both disgusting. Service was good tho.

Have eaten here twice since moving to the neighborhood, first time we enjoyed it, but second time will be the last. Our server was friendly but very inexperienced, made a mistake with our order and no compensation was offered, drinks took ages even though we were seated in the bar, with one other customer. The worst thing was the portion size. We ordered the mashed potato and it came with one scoop, literally the size of a baby's ice cream. Hardly any meat on ribs, and a tiny portion of slaw. The amount of actual food on the plate would have fit in a coffee cup- this is their rib platter for nearly $30.00. It's perfectly obvious that profit is being put far, far ahead of customer satisfaction here, you really feel it. If I ever return, it will be just for a drink in the lounge as it's a nice space and there aren't many pub-type places in the area, but I'll eat elsewhere.

Me and my friend went around 0830pm and were seated by manager itself in the lounge. Idk if she just hated us initially but she definitely acted as such...we sat in the lounge and the waitress came to take order. She was acting as if she was in too much rush to close the restaurant. She came and told us on first place that she can’t serve anything made in oven or grill. All equipments are out of whack. So we end up ordering waffle chicken club sandwich and lemonade. what were served was burnt waffles without syrup, no bacon inside, just big giant lettuce, dry chicken strip with no dressing. It looked terrible. The food was so cold. The lemonade had 4-5 chunks of ice and the water was poured from the tap. I showed it to the manager what they were serving us and she didn’t care about it. As if it didn’t matter to her. She wasn’t sorry about it even once.the service was terrible/ pathetic. I felt as if they did it intentionally. Can’t write the full story here. Will upload the picture and it describes everything by itself. Gonna follow up with management too. Never had that bad experience in my life. Really disappointed.
