It was very disappointing watching the staff prepare the food especially when the manager prepared food without washing his hand after touch money. It’s disappointing that the food preparation was thrown together in an unappealing way to get it out faster. Hygiene and the appearance of the food when given to a costumer is very important. When we went at 2:15 pm it wasn’t busy. The manager kept yelling cook staff to hurry up and why the meat wasn’t ready. The food was just thrown together haphazardly. The manager could have taken the time to make the food look more appealing and to ensure proper hygiene. I’d rather wait longer to have proper hygiene and food prepared. Alberta health services should come check out this location for hygiene problems. The manager didn’t seem too concerned when I talked to him about hygiene when preparing food. I will not be returning to this location.

Good selection of fried snacks. Better value for money when you use their coupons. Their chicken is free from growth hormones etc and better than McD. Now root beer is made healthier with natural brown sugar. It's worth a try, you will like it.

Greeted very cheerfully when we walked in the door. The cashier was able to answer all our questions about the new menu items. We used the seasoning salt and the lid fell off. When told that we had accidentally spilled it, the staff member immediately offered us a new batch of fries and quickly cleaned up the mess. Love the handwashing station!

They only serve drive thru. so I waited 15 minutes to get the wrong thing I ordered because I walked in to the store. The employee ran away before I could ask for the root beer I payed for. My trip to a&w was a solid 0.5/10. It seemed like a mess behind the counter.

I have had a few negative experiences here. Once there was a rock in my burger, but the staff refunded me, it just killed my appetite. Once had someone refuse a coupon, just seemed like they weren't trained properly. Overall a decent place to eat, but not the best A&W I've been to.
