If you want to experience Mexican cuisine at it's best, this is the place for you. The food is absolutely scrumptious, with that delicate balance of spicing that doesn't overpower the flavors, yet leaves just a hint of it's heat in your mouth. Our group tried various dishes, each one was exceptional. It is one of those places that everyone at the table just has to sample the everyone else's choices. The restaurant, though tiny, the decor gives it a authentic Mexican atmosphere with the added bonus of soft Latina music playing in the background. Plus the kitchen has a half wall, so you can watch your meal being skillfully prepared, while the aromatic fragrances they create, linger in the air. The staff are very sweet, kind & extremely friendly. THIS place is a cheerful, enjoyable place to dine. I am definitely returning whenever I can.

Very good food and friendly service. Don't even think about just showing up. Chances are you'll be waiting for a very long time as this wonderful place has a reputation that stands to none. It is always jam packed with people that enjoy real good Mexican food so you better call ahead and make reservations.

It was our first time to visit and the food was really good and authentic. We had the chips with house-made salsa and guacamole, fish tacos and El Pastor tacos. Flavors were good and true to the taste you would get in Mexico. Leave room for dessert. Their flan was perfect. I have lived in Sherwood Park for a while and I'm glad we are now getting more authentic and diverse cuisines. Big chain restaurants are no fun!

Great service and great food. The fish tacos were wonderful as-is, but the kitchen provides a choice of 2 sauces (medium or hot) on the side in case one would like to kick the flavour up a notch. Much appreciated. Pleasant decor. My only criticism is the bathroom is quite dingy and could use some sprucing up. And it would be handy if the soap dispenser was between the two sinks rather than tucked in the corner where only one customer can reach it. It was clean though, so not really an issue.

The food is fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and courteous. The margaritas are to die for and the chef comes out meets his guests. We've come here often and never been disappointed. Make a reservation or you may not get in, even on a week night, they are that busy. You have to try their churros. They come with chocolate whipped cream d drizzled with caramel sauce!
