Wow, we've never been before because we thought. "Salads, boring." But wow we were wrong, SO good! Now I understand why the lineup was to the door. Fresh ingredients make a difference. Loved the option to make it a wrap or a bowl. I actually felt sorry for the subway next door it looked lonely and understandibly so when chopped leaf is your competition. I was full and I felt good. The advertising was spot on.

I have been to a number of locations now spanning from sherwood park to spruce grove and most locations in between as I drive for work. They always work to a far higher standard than many places of equivalent price, in fact today I had one of the best assembled wraps I have seen. The wrapping technique was spot on and easy to handle, they didn't overdo the sauce and the ratio of everything relative to its other ingredients was pleasing to the eye and the palate. I feel like wraps are a commonly bungled food relative to the theoretical simplicity and the girls in spruce knocked it out of the park for service, speed and finished product! Thanks!

The brown rice tastes amazing compared to Edmonton locations I've been too. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend the tuna sandwich :)

They have great healthy options. The prices are slightly high but you get fresh ingredients and large portions. One one my go to lunch places.

Healthy meals for a quick bite. Mostly salads, wraps, and rice bowls. The food is tasty and pretty healthy but also on the expensive side. You get what you pay for though. Adding chicken was pretty expensive, $3.50. Gluten free and vegan available.
