Got a mixed chicken and donair wrap, staff was quick and kept the place really clean and to top it off the food was awesome. Definitely going back.

Great food ! Buuuut.... Not so great Customer Service. Coughing. Sneezing. Sniffling: The trio you always look for from an Employee preparing your food. And I never knew it was such a hassle to squeeze a squeeze bottle of 'Sweet Sauce' on to a Donair. I love feeling like me muttering the words: "Can I get some sweet sauce on my Donair as well please?" Has been a huge hindrance on someone's day. Thank you Sylvan Pizza and Shawarma Employee for sighing loud enough for all of Central Alberta to hear when you had to grab the bottle of Sweet Sauce and lightly squeeze, to administer a small helping of Sauce on to my Donair. 👌

Just moved to Sylvan Lake about a month ago or so on this was the first place that I tried for a Donair. As I usually go for Cleopatra or red City in Red Deer I I will admit I'm a little bit spoiled in terms of being used to a high-quality Donair. When I went to him the first thing I noticed was that the meat was on spit but there was no heat and it was late in the evening andlooked like it had been up there for some time. When they cut the meat off the spit the inside was still red so I asked him to cook it more on the grill which he did. The Donair was mediocre and I didn't get sick although a week later when I went to Booster Juice next door I noticed that red deer pizza and Shawarma was shut down due to a health code violation. I would really like to know what it is for or how to look it up. Probably won't be going back anytime soon

Not sure what happened... This place used to be better. Pizza this time was inedible. Don't know if it was the cheese or another ingredient but it smelled like urine. Employees handled cash and then went straight to pushing fingers into the dough. Too bad since the prices are so good .

Too many health inspection violations to feel safe eating there
