UPDATE*** I had originally wrote a review stating my very negative experience. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. Last night I went back with a friend and were given the service and attention that all patrons deserve. The food was amazing and the service was great and not too overbearing. The owner does truly care about the patrons and goes out of his way to resolve any negative issues. I understand that sometimes things just happen but last night was a great 5 star experience and I will continue to return. By at one of the worst nights in a long time! Went out for some wings on a Tuesday after a few of us played hockey and it happened to be there wing night. Server was rushing us for drinks and when only 1 of the party of 4 of us ordered an alcoholic beverage and the rest water she actually rolled her eyes almost visibly so we could see. Brought out 1 drink and 3 waters ALL without straws. We asked for straws and then she said they stopped giving them to help stop pollute the ocean! We live in Alberta lol. Vancouver is a 12 hour drive away. I asked for the manager since I ordered a blended drink. The bald guy came over and backed the server's story up. Now that is fine but how am I supposed to drink a frozen slurpee like drink without a straw. Finally he came back and said I was in luck and they found one. We ordered wings (dill pickle, salt n pepper, sweet chili, and honey garlic. We got 2 orders of salt n pepper and 2 of honey garlic. When we told our server she said do you want me to tell the kitchen or are you guys ok since there only 50 cents a wing and jokingly laughed. She came back and asked if I wanted another drink as I finished mine and when I said no thanks I'll get a water also please she just walked away. Never once did my buddies get asked for a water refill. We had to flag down another server to ask her to order more wings as she wouldn't come over for the longest time. Then as we wanted to leave we asked if it was possible to get separate bills and she said that they can't separate the bills if specials are ordered! ?????? The wings were 49 cents and almost double the price at any other place for a wing night and the lack of service and the whole straw issue.....I know there are a bunch of OJ's in the city so maybe we just hit the worst one in the city but still.....do your job right! It's called customer service.

Came here for my birthday, the place was super dead but even so we got terrible service. I had even reserved a table so they would have known there was a large group coming. My friends found pieces of plastic in their drinks, one of my drinks half way through was undrinkable because it was so thick and the guy charged me for a drink I hadn't even asked for. Will not be coming back.

I'd give this a wide berth. The service is poor and the food poorer. Wasn't expecting much, but given all that you put on your site, you need to produce some well made quality food instead of warmed over stuff you made hours previously and thrown a packet mix of sauce over it.

Terrible service! Out waitress has 2 or 3 tables and we have been waiting to order our food for about 30 mins. All she’s doing is chatting behind the bar. This is ridiculous.

The food is pretty good but the service is lacking. Server forgot to bring out the dip for 2 orders of beef dip and didn't come back, had to go up to the bar to ask for it. After we finished eating it took ages for the server to come back, then bring us boxes, then bring the bill. Then we never saw her again after asking for a machine. 14 minutes later we went up to the bar again and paid. Sundance location is much better.
