Wow ordered for delivery. 45 min later I called. Yup on the way they said it will be there in 5 minutes. 15min go by i call back. Oh sorry it's now on the way.. Really 1hr and 10 min for a single pizza... not to mention that it was cold when I got it!!

The lady there last night was awesome. Very impressed with how fast she did everything alone.

Half our late delivery and when I phoned the store they told me the roads where not great and they have lots of deliveries. When driver showed up and did not apologize for being late he did not get a tip and was very rude and stormed off. All in all bad experience and will not order from them again

We are staying the night in Williams Lake due to my spouses work, like we do at least once a week and decided to treat ourselves to pizza. We ordered online and it was not a crazy difficult order. We asked for a pizza with light cheese on half as it is an option and I am lactose intolerant. We also ordered Parmesan bites which gave us a choice of sauces so I chose marinara. Our order came 15 mins late, no biggie as it is a Friday night but it was not right. There's no light cheese and no marinara. We called in and asked if they could do anything to help and we were not helped at all! She said the bites don't come with sauce (not true) and that we didn't order a pizza. It's right in front of me so I'm not sure how it got here, nearly exactly as I ordered it, if we did not order it! She proceeded to be very rude and did nothing to help. We will take our business elsewhere next time and I suggest you do too.
