This is a Subway that I am going to remember for the better! The dining area offers a modern atmosphere that is well maintained and clean. This location boasts a unique panoramic view of the hillsides surrounding the downtown area of Williams Lake. The staff were knowledgeable in menu items and their ingredients. They politely answered Questions pertaining to the products they serve. The food, always fresh and the soup was hot. Overall I am very pleased with all areas of this visit at the William's Lake Downtown location. Thanx Guys & Girls! Keep up the Great Work!

For some unknown reason, the owner/manager whom drives a white Audi SUV, ALWAYS parks in the handicapped parking spot. Not only does he park there, he pulls up so far that even if a wheelchair or someone on crutches etc. was able to get around his car, the access to the ramp is completely blocked off. I have been forced nearly 9 out of 10 times, to stay in my vehicle while someone gets me food, as I can't usually step up onto the curb. It's quite frustrating and the fact that we and others have phoned and complained many times, it seems to do nothing either.
