5 star service, 5 star facility, 4 star food. Nice and clean. Fresh eggs for our bacon and eggers! Looks newly renovated. Update... At 3pm I took my grandson and his friend for lunch. It took a while to get our food ready but everything was correct and complete. The young woman (Suki) who took the order was by herself except for the cook and she did an incredible job of looking after everything and I mean EVERYTHING! Suki managed the counter, the drive through, the tables, you name it. If only they would use an easier to digest cooking oil, this place would get 5 stars.

The thing I like about A&W is, if I've got a fast-food craving, I feel a little less guilty eating here. Their root beer is sweetened with cane sugar (only in restaurant unfortunately), and the places and ways they source their food ... Its so ... refreshing. The beef is from grass fed cows. No hormones. The coffee is organic Fair Trade. The lettuce comes from fields with smart farming practices, like crop rotation, and beneficial companion plants. Yes, it's still fast-food. But its kind of "classy" fast-food.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a couple chicken wraps, and asked for extra sauce.. which was confirmed over the speaker box by the order taker saying “did you say extra chipotle?” Which was answered “Yes” ... and unfortunately the wraps seemed to have an pretty less than an average amount of sauce, which I found disappointing. Since I was disappointed and hungry I decided to call the store rather than take the drive back to it, and got the voicemail a total of SEVEN times! Due to that I decided to go back to the restaurant with my untouched food. When I got inside the store there was not a single dine in customer (2:30pm) and what appeared to be two staff TOTAL. I explained to the lady on till/drive thru (since she was alone) that I just wanted some new wraps, she says okay and turns to the shute (where the food comes out of the kitchen) in Punjabi (I’m a blonde white person who clearly wouldn’t know what they are saying) explains the wrap situation.. which is fine until I notice the lady in the kitchen is indiscreetly staring at me while continuing to talk in Punjabi to the cashier. The wraps I received after did have lots of sauce but were clearly not fresh, I appreciate them fixing it so promptly but due to their hospitality I don’t question why the place was empty.
