*Update* The manager of this location got in touch with me to apologize and talk to me about the issue. The promptness of contacting me and the honesty of the phone call made a big impact on me. I still regret the experience I had with the employee on this occasion, but the management handled the situation very well. Garbage service. Placed an order and called to verify details and request a change. Was promised on the phone that everything was fine. Arrived to be told that they never changed anything and it'd be a wait because they hadn't started my order. Staff didn't even apologize, only said that they would blame the tech people for me. Ended up having to leave without food due to time issues. Could have all been avoided by saying "No, we can't change anything"

Expensive order was delivered and wrong, called to discuss problem worker denied we had placed an order with phone number I gave until I mentioned the receipt and order number magically he knew the order. Stated I was wrong even though our receipt states otherwise. Did not want to acknowledge problem, will not order again!

Ordered online. When the pizza was delivered one of the boxes was a little smushed so my family and I weren't ecstatic but it was fine. Then we opened the box. There were barely any toppings and the few toppings that were there were strewn around carelessly. Well at least there were more then the last time we ordered. We got veggie last time and there were LITERALLY about 4-5 pieces of pepper. Last time we called they were very concerned and sympathetic and we got a free pizza. (We already ate the other one though). This time after a long wait we got to hear the voicemail. Yay.
