this McDonald's location consistently disappointed me. I've received incorrect orders, lack of staff at drive through(had to go elsewhere), and employees that can't remember my order after clearly stating it 3 times in a row. Pay a decent wage to employees that actually care about customer service.

It took forever to get thru the drive thru. There were only like 3 or 4 cars ahead and it took over 10 mins. They forgot my tarter sauce and then questioned us if we had already come thru? Like, hi, we are still here at the window.....we had to knock on the window and honk our horn to even get them to come back to the window. Ridiculous.

This is the worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to. They close the drive though all the time because they are understaffed(Lazy). The senior staff is terrible and unprofessional. They do not put recipts it the self order machines (ever). I moved here from brookswood where the manager and staff is amazing!!!! I now drive out of my way to go to the mac Donalds in the Highstreet wall mart(way better).

This Micky D's is by far one off the best for preparing it hot and fresh... Some people give 1star aren't fair as they dont go very often and seems like they came during very busy times when staff get overwhelm. As I've been visiting since it first opened and these problems are few and little// thankyou McDonald's Aldergrove 😉

Very messy... There weren’t any clean table. Next time I’ll bring my own rag! Also, there weren’t some items which I’ve ordered in the menu
