I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But seriously every single time.. I am not joking. Every single time I come here they mess up my order. I went today and it happened again..Yes I have an allergies to certain things, but I always alert them before they place my order..I've worked in the service industry for a few years, so I know how to be conscious about alerting servers. But to have this constant mistake every time I go there is ridiculous. I don't ever post reviews but today's service was it.. There is another aspect of my story but I don't even want to get into it. Just do better Milestones..

★☆☆☆☆ SERVICE ★★★★★ FOOD Came for lunch for our anniversary. The weather was nice so we requested to be seated in the patio. Hostee was friendly, but the service was incredibly poor and slow- we sat there waiting for at least a good 10~15mins waiting for someone to even get us water! I didn't appreciate the server working that day. We came after the lunch rush so the restaurant wasn't that busy. The server comes out to the patio for the first time in a long time to serve two gentlemen who literally were just seated, while we are waiting patiently not being help, not even water..... She then approaches us as if nothing has happened and no apologies. My boyfriend was even thinking that they were being racist againist us. The server treated us like "another table" that they have to deal with rather than a "guest" to their restaurant. They were friendly, but did not seem genuine at all. These young servers really need to improve as it will change the reputation of Milestones. Regardless of the experience with the service, the food was great and beer was as good as usual!

General any milestones I visit I have great food and great service! Went for family brunch today at the Mt. Lehman location and everything was awesome until I found a hair stuck into my benny. I work in the industry as a manager and know that these things happen, and as we were on a little bit of a time crunch I let the server know of the issue, showed her the very long hair, but didn't want another Benny or substitute as it would take some time. The server was more then apologetic about the issue, but we noticed after the bill was paid that my breakfast was still included, and not taken care of. Just thought that it was a little odd that we were still charged, regardless if I had received a new benny or not. Charging a guest for a meal that contained a hair generally isn't the greatest. Slightly disappointed upon leaving this location.

I preferred the old location of this restaurant (in East Abbotsford) and when it was not part of a shopping complex. The "ladies night out" and "date night" specials are great but there can still be improvement with some of the food. The servers, however, always provide splendid customer service.

Love how fancy it is. The food could be better though, especially desserts
