For the price you are paying, and taking into consideration the image of a high end hotel, this one if the worst meals I've had in long time! Very poor quality! Both of us said our meals were not good. No one offered to check into the quality. Even though the whole meal was left uneaten, again no one cared. Don't waste your money.

Exorbitant prices, poor quality and no value. No qualified chefs here! Stay clear. Money is no issue for decent food. Mantles doesn’t even come close to decent. Food so horrible we drove to Kamloops to find something better.

Good food, but priced a little high for the quality. Good service, and we were a large table of 9 people. My steak was done perfectly!

Didn’t even bother eating. Sat inline for 10 minutes to find out that it’s $40 a person for Buffett and staff seemed very rude. You’d think that after spending $310/night you’d have something included. Either that or at least a discount! Good God!

We went here for breakfast in August, and it was fantastic! I didn't catch our server's name, but she was very friendly and helpful (chatted with us about the menu, as well as the hotel itself since we weren't staying there). We opted for the breakfast buffet and it was worth every penny (it was $22/pp, which is admittedly pricey). They had the usual (scrambled eggs, various breakfast meats, pancakes, muffins) plus unexpected extras (tons of fresh fruit, baguettes and cheeses, mini-pastries, and a salmon tartare that was to die for!). An added bonus was the option to have an omelette or eggs benny off the regular menu, at no additional cost (side note: the medium poached eggs were perfectly cooked, difficult to get in most restaurants). All in all, an excellent experience. We'll definitely be back!
