Just told them there are more dirty tables than clean. The lady cleaned ours then went back to the kitchen. More people looking for clean tables. Kiosks out of paper. Standing 7 minutes at pick up. Drive-thru gets everything first. Food is luke-warm. Guy just walked in after going through drive-thru, to complain.

Good service. Doesnt take too long to get your food. Summer time is coming so beware the ice cream machines breaking daily.

McDonald's has a new classy decor & exteriors , healthier food choices, better coffee. Plus now you can purchase packaged ground coffee from the restaurant & order your food from a machine. Fries are as always irresistible.

Terrible service, possibly the slowest place to call themselves a "fast food" restaurant. Definitely not worth going to if you actually want a place to listen to your order. I would reccomend the Walmart McDonald's as the only one worth going to in the valley, sometimes cliffe ave is okay but its 50/50 at best.

Never had a good experience at any McDonald's in the Comox Valley. Either impersonal or forgotten order items or wait times well beyond anything reasonable or all of the above.
