Service was good, although they were out of most draught beer and cactus cut potatoes. Wings were good but the ribs were mediocre at best. Next time I'll get a burger.

Service was slow for off-peak hours. Fries were most definitely not fresh and the Big Dipper I was served had quite a bit of the toppings fall out by the time it reached the table. We were also left waiting for a few minutes to have our payment done when we finished our meal. The food was otherwise okay, but the service left much to be desired.

The hostess was rude and stared at us when we walked in with no greeting and disregarded us. The server took several minutes to ask for our drink order (this was a slow night) 3 tables were seated to be exact . She then took our order after waiting several minutes for glasses of water and took our orders. We ordered ribs (that came with no sauce and hair in the carrots). We also ordered a kids pineapple pizza that was served with no pineapple. At least my nachoes were edible.
