Discovered this place after looking at the line at Jam and thinking "uh... no thanks." I have been back countless times and loved it every time. This place has the best brunch in Vancouver, I particularly like the Fricassee, but have tried everything on the menu and love it all. This is matched by an absolutely beautiful space and some of the best service I have ever experienced. It is a real treat to be able to go somewhere and know that everything is going to be good. (PS the grapefruit and orange juices are fresh and delishhhhh)

Today was the second time we came in 4 days. We ordered the Fricasse again. The coffees were good. Interesting infused flavours in their food and drinks. I thought the waffles could be better though. Food is beautifully presented, nice ambience, good service. I would recommend breakfast and brunch here.

Very little fault to find in this place. Just about the most efficient and welcoming restaurant I have ever been to. Spectacular Belgian beer selection and wine list is great too. Veg dish choice appears to be improving. One of our favorites!

I visited here on a recent trip to Vancouver by recommendation. I was not disappointed, apart from having to wait for a table. I ordered the waffle with white choc, pistachio and rose water and it was delicious. I do like plain food but pushed myself this time. The different flavours are subtle but you can still taste them. I also ordered the fricasse ribs. The meat just melted in my mouth. I can't wait to go back! The service is good. Not too slow, not to quick to get you out the door to seat another table. I highly recommend visiting here!

I was very surprised this place was open for breakfast/brunch. A pleasant surprise it was. The food was amazing, the service was exceptional and the decor was unexpected. Being a red seal chef myself, well let's just say giving a five star rating is not something I do often. Now I need to check Chambar out for dinner- soon!
