If starving pick the papa burger combo comes with large mug of root beer, fries or else mama combo is suffice. Add side order of onion rings perhaps. Staff constantly keeps tables clean wipe down & removing trays. If on the go, the drive-thru service is amazing. Negative point is the wash room that really needs upgrading to match with the new dining area. It's so out of place. Everything inside the wash room is so so old!!! Walls, basin, toilet. A&W Management, it's time to include wash room upgrades. Customer's do notice.

Just went back today. Must have new owners/manager. Very disorganized and the service was not good although the staff were trying. The food was a major disappointment. The washrooms were filthy and no soap in the dispensers. It used to be a Really nice place, cozy and kind of like stepping back into the 60's or 70's. Really pleasant staff and still the best burger in the Fast Food Market. Coffee - excellent, french fries are good and could use some improvement.
