The new look is good. The veggie burger is surprisingly good too, needs extra sauce though. Can't get enough of the onion rings and root beer either!

Highly disappointed. Before leaving my house I had checked online to see the closing hours and it had stated that they close at 11:00pm on Saturday. We arrived at 10:30pm and the lights were on, there was visible staff in the restaurant, but the doors were locked. We tried the drive thru, no one answered. We tried yelling through the window to get some service and no one came. There was another man doing the same thing. We sat outside of the window by the doors after this, and the older staff member saw us, glared at us, then proceeded to turn off the lights and walk into the back. It was only 10:40 by this time. Not impressed with how they closed half an hour early, or how the staff handled it.

A&W in general is pretty good. My experience at this location is not. I've been twice now and run into the same lady on drive thru. She has a hard time understanding you, doesn't communicate well, and argues with you when the order is wrong. Last time I went through, I ordered at the drive thru, confirmed the order verbally, then reconfirmed at the window. It was a large number of burgers with different toppings. Somewhat complex. I pay for my food thinking the price seemed off. Then I get my burgers. Unfortunately, I'm only provided half the burgers I ordered. I ask for the receipt and notice that the burgers are entered incorrectly, resulting me in being overcharged for the burgers I have in the bag. The lady at the window then argues with me about how many burgers were ordered and their configuration. She finally relents and allows me to order the correct number of burgers. I still think at the end I was overcharged. But now I have cold burgers and mismade burgers. Ugh. Poor service.

Went for lunch today and it was chaos. Girl on front counter only worked in one speed (slow). Couldn't multitask or keep people's orders straight. I waited forever for my meal and only got 2/3rds of a glass of root beer.

Order food the night before and when we got home we must have had some one else's order. When i called and talk to the manager to inform him of our mistake he had our meals replaced which was really nice of him to do. The service was great and the staff are super friendly. Love the onion ring there the best.
