I'm a burger fan and this is still one of my favorite fast food places to hit. The teen burger is my favorite with a nice hit of fresh and crunch with the bacon and vegetables. Plus it has many options for people who have interests in veggie burgers or chicken.

Three breakfast egg/bacon wrap is great. Sadly they took the jalapeno bacon egger of there menu... Think it might have been the best product they make..

Worse A&W in Burnaby. Avoid and save your time, money, and stomach. My husband went to order 2 things: pancakes and an omelette breakfast meal. Firstly, they rang the order wrong and charged my husband twice. Fine, they fixed it, but did not even apologize. Secondly, the drive-through took over 15 minutes, which was completely excessive as we were the only car in the line and there were no cars in the parking lot. During the whole process from the incompetent order taking to the excessive wait time, no apologies were given. The staff was dismissive and disrespectful. Seems like nobody likes working there and it definitely shows in the service. I've been to many other store locations and this is by far the worst. Then when we went home, they forgot to give us the toast which was part of the meal. The pancakes I ordered were also burnt, one of the pieces looked like it was ripped/bitten as well. I was appalled at the quality as A&W usually doesn't disappoint. We tried calling their store to rectify the issue, but the phone does not work and gives us fax like beeping noises. Never coming back here again.

This place has never disappointed me with either their quality of food or service, unlike KFC further down by metrotown area. While the service itself is not anything amazing. They have been consistently polite to their customers and respectful of their customers time. This is a very good place to eat by yourself or with some of your friends. I highly recommend this place.

Not the best A&W experience, kind of feel like the employee here dont care about the quality of their food anymore. In comparison to the metrotown location it's literary night and day. Food here is greasy and burnt. The only real advantage here is the hrs. But, the food is just bad here... and not worth even bothering here For managers: please provide more training for the staff, especially the kitchen staff.
