It's nice. The staff doesn't know how to make a better ICE CREAM. It's clean as it is in a decent neighbourhood. Roadside view. Occasion cake options. Staffs are OK.

I came to this dairy queen and I could barely understand the cashier. I bought 2 combos and 2 extra burgers. I have 3 toddlers so I spent more than enough. I have 2 coupons for free kids treats and she told me I could only use one coupon. I told her that I bought 2 kids meals and should be able to get the treats. I had an extra coupon that I was going to pay for the extra treats and they refused. I will never come back to this dairy queen. I am shocked that they will sell kids meals and not give out the treats. They had dirty restrooms and have us cheap napkins. The lady did come back and offer us the 2 treats after I wrote this review. So strange.

Worst place to go in , went in today the lady who took the order kept rolling her eyes and just the unhappy face! If I was doing mystery shopper at the store they would fail so badly! No sense of urgency on the food or taking the orders! Like I do not think they saw or paid attention to the line up of people waiting for food and people waiting to order ! The washroom was scary! No toilet paper or paper towel and sink did not work properly the water was coming out real slow. Waited to receive our food close to 24 mins and once we received it the chicken fingers were salty!!! As hell and over fried hard to bite or chew dry did not finish nor enjoyed eating! The potato skins it looked like the oil was dripping greasy let me tell you wasted money and energy!! Did not eat Poutine was okay! Not the best but eatable finished lol Pretzel was nothing like the picture ! And seemed burnt and just not tasty to eat the whole thing So only thing we finished with flying colours was Poutine The wait time was not worth the money and time, and customer service just sucks !! Will never return even if we do Iâ€™ll stick with ice cream or cake ...

This location of DQ is on bad need of a renovation and better management. The servers were friendly but very slow (we only ordered ice cream and there were no other customers at the time). Also the bathroom was very much in disrepair and generally the restaurant was not very clean.

Doesn't make original Julius correctly, puts hardly any oreos in blizzard (literally its just vanilla ice cream with some black specs). Staff ignores you in empty and un-busy restaurant because they don't want to do more than whatever their job description is. Staff sees customers and looks at clean dishes, picking up various objects to avoid taking orders or doing any work. Takes long time to get food. Lots of meandering around and looking clueless. Reasons to go to this location? It's the only one in walking distance. lol.. PS: The girl with green hair is good, the rest need to take pointers from her despite her being new. She was on the ball, and was very nice.
