Went on Easter long weekend, so of course massive chaos was expected. Parking lot is quite small - not a lot of spots. There's no real waiting area inside so we ended up huddling around the door. The decor is nothing special, very regular. Waited for about an hour even though we made reservations. Food was not memorable, so it wasn't exceptionally good nor was it bad. Just your regular dim sum joint.

The food and service was great. And the first Chinese restaurant I've ever been to with a family restroom with a change table! I would definitely come back again.

Good and authentic plus good service and reasonable price...combinations you do not expect from many Chinese restaurants. This is one of our go to places for large family dinners and dim sum.

Staffs are funny, nice and good service. Expect long line up in holiday. Foods are very good (but dont order weird things like western style steak in a Chinese restaurant, you dont expect to be perfect. even sometimes turns out good, just please dont). Never had any problem in their food. All taste really good even is not the best. There are many Chinese restaurant to compete in Vancouver, this is a better one for sure. Price is very reasonable and taste better than the price suggest. Good restaurant

Good place for dinner. Good quality and not overly priced. It is a good neighborhood restaurant. Plenty of parking
