We stayed at the Dolphin Resort for a weekend while on the island for a 50th Anniversary and it was amazing!! The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and the views were stunning!! On the Friday night we had dinner at Anglers. The food was absolutely fabulous!! I had the Seafood Linguine which was the best I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough about our stay. We are looking forward to returning with friends for another weekend.

I just got back from an over night trip with my mom and sister in-law and I had a great time. The cabin was cozy, the view was amazing, and I was able to get some well needed piece and quite. Cabin One really does have a tremendous view and the private hot tube is a bonus. I just wish I could of stayed longer. I could easily check in for like a week and fully restore my soul, nothing beats staring out at the ocean, the crackle of a fire and a cozy bed to crawl into at the end of the night.

We rented a large renovated cabin that was superb for a friend’s 50th birthday party. The kitchen & living room areas were spacious & nicely updated. The bedrooms were more rustic in appearance, clearly from decades past. The heater in the bedroom rattled noisily all night & drove us a bit crazy, but the bed was comfortable. The ocean view hot-tub was wonderful except for one thing: the chemicals in the water stained my new swimsuit with yellow blotches that would not wash out. I notified the management about it & while polite, the manager was incredulous, saying he would check the log book about the hot tub chemistry & call me back. Alas, he did not & I thought this lack of follow-up was unsatisfactory. This is my main criticism.

Awesome view but cabins are very rustic. Biggest issue though was the hot tub. We turned it on and the bubbles turned a yucky yellow. Phoned the front desk and they sent over the their maintenance guy and he called it "chowder". Mixture of sunscreen and skin and all ucky things. Disgusting. He drained, cleaned and refilled the tub but we were not able to use it that night. Told the manager and he apologized and rebated us for the night, which was good, but it was really gross. The only reason for the 2 stars is the view, which is lovely.

Excellent as always! Firewood was refilled a few times a day. Everything was extremely clean and well-kept and service was friendly. Beds were made by the time we got back from breakfast. Cons: restaurant was overwhelmed by the large amount of customers. Only one server was working the whole place. Breakfast took 2 hours. Lighting in living room of cabin 9 was very dim.
