My wife and I dropped in for ice cream and the staff were busy cleaning etc. My wife ordered a single scoop of ice cream "in a cup" and I ordered a double scoop in a cone. Her single scoop was the same size if not larger than my double scoop. I ordered a scoop of Praline and a scoop of Tiger Tail. The clerk proceeded to lean over , head first, into the one Tiger Tail ice cream pail to scoop the remnants from that pail for my ice cream cone, even though there was a completely full pail of Tiger Tail closer to him. He was scrapping the bottom of the pail so hard I was afraid I would end up with plastic shavings in my ice cream, I mentioned that to him and he just ignored me. He should of scooped my ice cream from the fresh pail and when time permitted and he was not serving a customer, he could have removed the empty pail and scooped the remnants into the fresh pail, which would have been the proper thing to do. Apart from being head first into the Tiger Tail pail, he then proceeded to scoop my Praline selection from a fresh pail. He spotted something on the surface of the ice cream, and picked whatever it was off of the ice cream, with his bare fingers, onto the floor. So, bottom line, poor hygiene and poor food handling procedures. The clerk did NOT wash his hands, did NOT wear gloves, used his BARE fingers to remove something from the ice cream and was partially holding my cone with his BARE hand. This is clearly a management failure to train, monitor and conduct quality control of staff from time to time. This was not his personal kitchen at home, this is supposed to be a commercial business with proper food handling processes and procedures.

We had the medium loaded pizza and it was great...some of the best pizza around. BUT steer clear of the ribs. they were cooked 3 days before, frozen, then heated up. They tasted awful and didn't smell very good.

Such friendly staff, excellent food, and yummy ice cream. They also have gluten free, dairy free and nut free options.

Had BBQ calzone and chicken breast spinach salad. Outstanding flavor, crunchy crust and deep flavors for the calzone. Salad was excellent, crunchy fresh spinach, juicy chicken breast.
